We are delighted to announce Mediplus Ltd Managing Director Emma Gray‘s inclusion in the 2025 E2E Female 100 in association with The Independent.
The E2E Female 100 embodies the height of entrepreneurial excellence, carefully curated and validated by E2E, Creditsafe and Experian. Each track is supported by E2E’s headline partner Universal Partners. This prestigious roster spotlights UK-based, female-led enterprises that have exhibited rapid business expansion, achieved substantial revenue growth over the last two years, and established successful business models, positioning themselves for a promising future.
The ranking criteria for the E2E Female 100 list are firmly based on turnover of over £5 million, a workforce of 10 or more employees, female leadership at the CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Partner level within private firms, and year-on-year headcount growth. This emphasises E2E’s dedication to identifying and honouring female-led enterprises that stand out from the crowd.
The E2E Female 100 list is a testament to celebrating the ambition and dedication of female entrepreneurs and founders across various sectors. It highlights UK-based companies that excel not only in their specific fields but also lead transformative business strategies that result in impressive turnover statistics.
Mediplus is a leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient care through innovative solutions. We collaborate closely with healthcare professionals worldwide to develop pioneering medical devices that enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare practices. Our focus areas include Anaesthesiology, Gynaecology and Urology.
Speaking about the track, Shalini Khemka CBE, Founder of E2E says: “The E2E Female 100 has allowed us to pay homage to the incredible work of female-led companies throughout the UK making incredible strides in their industries. Despite the turbulent economy, and amongst other hurdles they have to overcome, these companies have generated exceptional turnover results and are continuing to grow at a rapid rate. Here’s to watching each company on this path continue to scale, expand, and accomplish remarkable achievements both in the UK and globally.”
I spoke to Emma this morning who told me, “I am truly honoured to be recognised among such an inspiring group of women in business. This achievement is not just a personal milestone but a testament to the incredible work being done by women leaders across industries as well as of course the whole of the Mediplus team. It reinforces the importance of resilience, innovation, and collaboration in driving meaningful change. I hope this recognition serves as inspiration for other women striving to break barriers and make an impact in their fields. I hope we can continue to support and uplift one another as we shape the future of business together.”
